Returns
You can return any eligible item within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, items must:
*Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
*Have all original tags and packaging intact
*Be free from stains, odors, or damage
*Final Sale Items: Any limited-edition, custom, or discounted items are non-returnable unless faulty.
How to Return an Item:
1. Submit a return request. Email us at contact@thefourthsector.couk with your order number and reason for return.
2. Ship the item back. Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return address. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Receive your refund. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
🚨 Please Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size? No problem! You can exchange your item within 14 days of purchase.
How to Exchange an Item:
1. Email us at contact@thefourthsector.co.uk with your order number and the size you’d like.
2. Return the original item - You’ll need to send back the item in unused condition (you cover the return shipping).
3. We send your new size - Once we receive your original item, we’ll ship out your replacement.
🔹 If the size you need is out of stock, you can receive a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us at contact@thefourthsector.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your return.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
